Hello friends there is lots of person.
Who want to create paypal account but unable to do because of they do not have PAN CARD.
I have a shortcut for this but it is totaly illegal.

and find a Pan card with your name and date of birth
after that provide same with paypal and get registered with paypal and enjoy the benifits of paypal.
